Warranty Registration Process

You can register your ASUS product by following these steps:

  • Visit https://www.asus.com/us/
  • Click on the profile icon present on the top right of the home page
  • Create an ASUS account if you don’t have one, enter your basic information like name, email ID and a password
  • After successfully creating an account you will be logged in your account
  • If you have already created an account and are trying to login the existing account. Enter your credentials and click on sign in.
  • Once you are logged in, click on the top right corner of the home page, on the profile icon.
  • A dropdown menu will appear. Click on product registration
  • A product registration page will appear,  enter all the details of your ASUS device like serial number, and purchase date.
  • Click on submit.
  • A pop  up message will appear, click on Ok.
  • And your product will be registered.

The Asus warranty starts from the date mentioned on the invoice. It is important to retain the invoice for your customer rights. Asus provides various warranty plans, including Local Accident Damage Protection, Local On-site Service, Battery Service Package, and Asus Premium Care, exclusively for their customers. You have the option to select and buy the plan that best fits your needs to enhance the longevity of your products.

Here are the warranty periods for different products:

  • Notebooks, Desktops, All-in-one PCs: 12 months
  • Projectors: 24 months
  • LCD Monitors, Networking, Motherboards, Graphic Cards: 36 months

  • Inform the representative of your intention to claim a warranty for your product.
  • Describe the problems your product is facing in detail.
  • Furnish the purchase and warranty information as requested.
  • Follow the given instructions provided by the agent.
  • You may be asked to carry out specific troubleshooting steps based on your problem and product type. These steps might involve tasks like restoring the operating system, installing updates, and using diagnostic tools.

1.How to Return Your Product for Repair

The process of sending your product to the repair center is referred to as RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Asus will provide you with an RMA number, which allows you to track your product's status.

When filling out the RMA request form, be thorough in explaining the issue you're facing. Including every pertinent detail is crucial; omitting important information could hinder the assistance you receive. Along with the form, make sure to enclose a copy of the completed warranty card and your proof of purchase.

2. What falls outside the scope of the Asus Warranty?

Asus does not extend warranty coverage to products with tampered or missing labels. Unauthorized modifications and alterations are not included in this warranty. Additionally, damages resulting from war, fire, accidents, misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, natural disasters, or electrical surges are not covered. The warranty does not guarantee protection against data loss, errors, or malfunctions caused by computer virus infections, unauthorized software installation, or changes to settings. Furthermore, products such as cables and circuits exposed to moisture or liquid are not eligible for Asus warranty services.

3. Can I receive a new item under warranty?
