What are credits?

Credits are the currency used for core actions on Dyrect. Every plan includes a credit allowance that gets used up as customers register products themselves, file claims, and request repairs or replacements. Registrations that arrive automatically from Shopify do not use credits.

What actions use up a credit?

Accepted Answer

1 credit is used for each registration a customer completes themselves, each claim or support ticket, and each repair or replacement order, depending on which of these your plan includes. Automatic Shopify registrations, bulk CSV uploads, and registrations created through the API are all free. Incomplete or failed submissions do not use a credit.

How many credits do I get on each plan?

Free includes 100 lifetime credits. Registration, Claims, and Claims Pro each include 100 credits per month. Registration Plus, Claims Plus, and Claims Pro Plus each include 500 credits per month. Custom plans get a credit allowance built around your volume.

Question 4

Do unused credits roll over to the next month?

Accepted Answer

No. Monthly credit allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle, and any unused credits do not carry over. Plan your usage around your monthly allowance rather than banking credits for later.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

On paid plans, going over your monthly allowance is billed at $0.20 per extra credit on your next invoice, so your account keeps working without interruption. On the Free plan, service pauses once your lifetime credits are used up until you upgrade.

What is the difference between Growing Brands and Enterprise plans?

Growing Brands plans (Free, Registration, Claims, Claims Pro) are self-serve, install directly from our Shopify app, and include 1 business user with 100 credits per month. Enterprise-tier plans (Registration Plus, Claims Plus, Claims Pro Plus) add 500 credits per month, 5 business users, white-glove onboarding, and a dedicated CSM.

What is the difference between Registration, Claims, and Claims Pro?

Registration covers warranty registration only. Claims adds claims management on top of registration. Claims Pro adds repair and replacement service on top of claims. Each tier up the Growing Brands or Enterprise line simply unlocks the next layer of the warranty workflow.

What is included in the Custom plan?

A Custom plan starts from everything in Claims Pro Plus and then adds unlimited registrations, claims, and service requests, plus a credit allowance, business user count, and number of connected brands sized to your operation. Pricing is on request, so talk to our team.

How many business users can I add to my account?

Accepted Answer

Growing Brands plans include 1 business user. Enterprise-tier plans include 5 business users, with additional licenses available as an add-on. Custom plans get a business user count built around your team.

Do I need to talk to sales to get started?

Accepted Answer

No, not for Growing Brands plans. Free, Registration, Claims, and Claims Pro install directly from our Shopify app in minutes. Enterprise-tier plans and Custom plans need a short call with our team so we can configure onboarding, users, and credits around your business.

Is there a free trial on paid plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every paid plan on this page includes a 7-day trial so you can try the full feature set before your first charge. The Free plan itself never expires and does not require a trial.

Can I switch plans as my business grows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can move between Growing Brands plans as your registration and claims volume changes, or step up to an Enterprise-tier plan for more credits and business users. Upgrading raises your limits immediately. Downgrading can create an overage if your usage already exceeds the new plan's allowance.

What happens to my data if I downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Your existing registrations, claims, and customer data are never affected by a plan change. If you downgrade below your current usage level, you may see an overage charge for that billing cycle, and downgrading to the Free plan pauses service if your usage is already above the Free plan's limit.

Can I connect more than one Shopify store or brand?

Accepted Answer

Each plan on this page connects 1 brand or store. If you run multiple brands or storefronts, Multi Brands is available as an add-on on Enterprise-tier plans, or talk to our team about a Custom plan sized for your full portfolio.

Do you offer custom pricing for high volumes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For brands processing large credit volumes or needing custom integrations, SLA commitments, or multi-brand management, our Custom plans are fully tailored. Talk to our sales team to get a quote built around your operation.
