  • Provide your personal details and product information in the registration form. This includes the purchase date and location.
  • Once you have entered all the required information, click on the "Submit" button to complete the warranty registration process.
  • After submitting the registration form, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for mobile verification. Enter the 6-digit OTP sent by Noise and click on the "Verify OTP" button.
  • Upon successful verification, you will receive a confirmation message on your screen, indicating that your warranty registration has been successfully completed.
  • Please note that you may be required to fill out a warranty registration form that includes the order number and serial number found on the back panel of your Noise product.

The Noise product warranty is exclusive to the initial purchaser and cannot be transferred. Warranty services are limited to product repair or replacement, solely at Noise's discretion.

Every Noise product and accessory comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Refer to the table below for specific coverage details regarding your product and its accessories.

Noise's warranty covers the repair and rectification of reported faults. Replacements will be equivalent devices, with or without packaging and accessories. Noise doesn't cover consequential damage, liability, injuries, or data loss from product defects. Noise doesn't cover claims related to rashes, allergies from product usage, nor does it provide repairs or replacements for such issues. While we strive for prompt repairs, no specific repair timeframe is guaranteed.

Proof of purchase is essential to access warranty services.

To initiate a warranty service request, please register here. The customer service team will contact you to troubleshoot. If the issue persists, arrangements will be made for pickup for repair or replacement. If reverse-pickup is unavailable, self-ship to Noise’s warehouse. Noise isn't responsible for transit damage during self-shipment.

For coloured component replacements, efforts will be made for shade matching. Replaced shades may vary due to usage. Customer-requested matching components are chargeable except for warranty-replaced parts.

If a warranty product is out of stock, an equivalent upgrade model will be offered. No gift cards or refunds. The warranty continues from the original purchase date.
